What to say when you talk to yourself - 4 Week Course

Do you talk to yourself in a way that is supportive and life affirming?

If you do, that's great, keep on doing it.  If you are like most people you will have a lot of negative dialogue going on in your thinking.

What to say when you talk to yourself

We can tend to talk to ourselves like our parents talked to us.  We can criticise, judge and berate ourselves in ways that we wouldn't dream to doing to other people.

So why do we do that?

The answer is that this is something we learnt from childhood and it has gotten to be a habit.   These habits can lead to us self-sabotaging ourselves.  Just because we heard once that we weren't good enough, or that we didn't do something right, doesn't mean that that is our truth.

When we realise our sub-conscious beliefs we can decide whether we want to change them to something that is more life supportive.

Our bad habits can be broken.

The Benefits for You

In this four weekly series of classes you will lean how to become consciously aware of your inner dialogue.  Often we are so used to the way we speak to ourselves that we don't realise how non-supportive it is.

You'll learn how your thinking is having an impact on your life, both positively and negatively.

Then you will learn how to lovingly change the way you talk to  yourself to create your life the way you want it.

You will find that when you embed these principles your life will change for the better.

The Classes

Classes are live and run weekly from Tuesday 12th March at 7pm GMT using Zoom.  They will be recorded (subject to agreement of participants), so you will be available for you to watch or listen to again afterwards.

Depending on numbers, classes are expected to last one and a half hours.
